AMFPT Annual Renewal

Note: Certification renewals are due on the annual anniversary of your certification date. If your certification has lapsed by more than 10 days you must pay a $10 late fee. There is a ten day grace period.

You can pay an additional $25 + $10 late fee ($35 total) for each missed year to bring it up to date.

Please do not pay an extra $25 for each additional certification you have earned. They are all renewed for $25.
